Stephanie Goldsmith, PhD

Stephanie Goldsmith, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California (PSY #26766) and she is the is the Owner and Clinical Director at Goldsmith Psychological Services. While Dr. Goldsmith enjoys working with a variety of issues and concerns, some of her specialty areas include trauma, dissociation, interpersonal relationships and communication, eating disorders and body image concerns, self-harm behaviors, identity development, LGBTQI issues, and whole person care. She works with individuals, couples, and families. Her therapeutic style is collaborative and treatment is tailored to the specific needs of each client. She is a certified Gestalt therapist which means her work emphasizes an individual's unique experience, a focus on the present, the environment, and the therapeutic relationship. Although Gestalt is Dr. Goldsmith's specialty, she is also trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS; "Parts" work) all of which inform her care. Dr. Goldsmith is also trained in EMDR trauma therapy and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

Dr. Goldsmith received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Loma Linda University (APA accredited) in 2013. She completed her doctoral internship at the University of California, Santa Cruz's Counseling and Psychological Services (APA accredited) and her post-doctoral training was completed at the University of La Verne's Counseling and Psychological Services. She also trained under the mentorship of Todd Burley, Ph.D. and Kholud Helou, Psy.D., MFT as a psychological assistant. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Loma Linda University in 2009 and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English Literature from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2006.

 

In addition to her work in private practice, Dr. Goldsmith is an Associate Clinical Professor at Loma Linda University. Dr. Goldsmith is also Faculty Co-Chair at Gestalt Associates Training Los Angeles in the ongoing Gestalt theory and therapy training program.

Katherine Boulware, LMFT, SUDCC IV (she/her)

Katherine Boulware is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#120535) and a Substance Use Disorder Clinical Counselor IV in the state of California. She works with adults and couples and has a special passion for working with young adults.  Katie has experience working with substance use issues as well as relationship struggles, communication issues, and social anxiety. Some other issues that Katie works with are depression, mood disorders, trauma, and self-harm behaviors.  She is an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and is trans and queer affirming.  Katie is sensitive to multicultural needs and has experience working with the elderly community treating seniors who struggle with addiction issues.  She is trained in Gestalt therapy which is present focused, collaborative, and helpful in learning to identify emotions and patterns of behavior that lie at the root of addiction. She uses a mindfulness approach that focuses on treating the whole person as an individual. Katie is also trained in Neurofeedback technology which works to train the brain to change problematic behaviors. 

 

Katie studied at the University of La Verne in California where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a minor in Psychology as well as a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Inrijaimelina Constancio, AMFT (she/her)

Inrijaimelina Constancio is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, college students, and adults. She has experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, life transitions,  grief and loss, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem, relational conflict, generational, latinx cultural, and familial cycles. 

Inri’s therapeutic process is tailored to each individual client and their needs to promote change and foster healing and quality of life. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Intergenerational Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.

She is passionate in providing a safe and supportive environment for her clients. She offers cultural sensitivity and Spanish speaking services. She is an LGBTQ+ ally. 

Inri earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Hispanic Studies at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon and her Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of La Verne.

Savannah Betancourt, PsyD (she/her)

Savannah Betancourt, Psy.D. is a registered Psychological Associate (#94027973) in the state of California. Dr. Betancourt enjoys working with a wide variety of patients, including adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Dr. Betancourt enjoys supporting patients through concerns like trauma, multicultural stress, behavior change, and symptom management.
