Trung Ngo is an associate marriage and family therapist (#136000). He enjoys working with adolescents, college students, student-athletes, and adults. He has experience working with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, adjustment difficulties, life transitions, relationship conflict, Asian culture, and generational.
Trung is passionate and committed to working collaboratively with his clients to create a safe and caring space where his clients are accepted and understood. Trung’s therapeutic process is creative and flexible and informed by a wide range of practices he tailors to each client. He is also trained in and utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy (GT), Narratives Therapy (NT), Psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based practices.
Trung earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at California State of Los Angeles and his Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University.
